EXCLUSIVE OWNERSHIP NOTICE

This document and all content, intellectual property, platforms, technologies, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and materials referenced herein are the exclusive property of MajiMedia LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of applicable law.

Section 1: Preamble & Statement of Purpose

MajiMedia LLC ("MajiMedia," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property, digital content, streaming platforms, software, trademarks, service marks, branding, and proprietary technologies developed, deployed, or licensed under the MajiMedia name. This Anti-Piracy and Copyright Protection Policy ("Policy") establishes the Company's binding position on the protection, enforcement, and assertion of all intellectual property rights belonging to MajiMedia LLC.

This Policy applies to all individuals, entities, organizations, third-party vendors, content creators, subscribers, platform users, affiliates, and any other party who accesses, interacts with, distributes, references, or otherwise engages with MajiMedia LLC's proprietary content, platforms, or intellectual property in any form or medium, whether digital or physical, worldwide.

MajiMedia LLC is committed to the vigorous detection, prevention, and prosecution of all acts of copyright infringement, piracy, unauthorized distribution, digital theft, and any other violation of applicable intellectual property law. This commitment extends across all territories and jurisdictions in which MajiMedia LLC operates or makes its content available.

Section 2: Definitions

As used in this Policy, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

"MajiMedia Content" All video recordings, live streams, audio recordings, images, graphics, logos, text, software code, databases, user interfaces, APIs, platform infrastructure, and any other creative works produced, commissioned, distributed, or owned by MajiMedia LLC.
"Piracy" The unauthorized reproduction, copying, streaming, downloading, uploading, redistribution, retransmission, sale, rental, lending, or public performance of MajiMedia Content without prior written authorization from MajiMedia LLC.
"Infringement" Any act that violates the exclusive rights granted to MajiMedia LLC under the U.S. Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.), applicable state law, or international copyright treaties, including the Berne Convention.
"Circumvention" Any act of bypassing, disabling, removing, descrambling, decrypting, or otherwise defeating any technological protection measure (TPM) applied by MajiMedia LLC to its content or platforms, as prohibited by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 1201.
"Authorized User" A person or entity granted express written permission by MajiMedia LLC to access and use MajiMedia Content pursuant to a valid license agreement, subscription, or content distribution agreement.
"Platform" The ViewShark-powered streaming service and all associated websites, mobile applications, APIs, plugins, extensions, and digital services operated by MajiMedia LLC under any domain or brand.
"Takedown" A formal notice issued by MajiMedia LLC or its designated agent demanding the immediate removal of infringing content from a third-party platform, service, or network pursuant to the DMCA or equivalent legislation.
"Digital Fingerprinting" Proprietary and third-party automated content identification technology used by MajiMedia LLC to detect and track unauthorized copies of MajiMedia Content across the internet and digital networks.

Section 3: Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

3.1 Exclusive Ownership

MajiMedia LLC is the sole and exclusive owner of all right, title, and interest in and to all MajiMedia Content and the Platform, including without limitation:

  • All copyrights, whether registered or unregistered, in all MajiMedia Content in all media and formats, now known or hereafter devised.
  • All trademarks, service marks, trade names, trade dress, and logos associated with MajiMedia LLC, the Platform, and any sub-brands operated by the Company.
  • All patents, patent applications, and patentable inventions developed or owned by MajiMedia LLC.
  • All trade secrets, proprietary algorithms, source code, platform architecture, and confidential business information.
  • All database rights, sui generis rights, and any other intellectual property rights recognized under U.S. or international law.

3.2 No Transfer of Rights

No license, right, title, or interest in or to any MajiMedia intellectual property is granted to any person or entity by virtue of accessing the Platform, viewing MajiMedia Content, subscribing to MajiMedia services, or by any other means, except pursuant to an express written license agreement executed by an authorized officer of MajiMedia LLC.

3.3 Copyright Registration

MajiMedia LLC registers copyrights in qualifying works with the United States Copyright Office pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 408. Registration provides MajiMedia LLC with the right to seek statutory damages of up to $150,000 per willful infringement and attorneys' fees under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c)(2).

3.4 Trademark Rights

The MajiMedia name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary trademarks of MajiMedia LLC. Unauthorized use of any MajiMedia trademark in commerce, including in domain names, social media handles, advertising, or any other medium, constitutes trademark infringement and unfair competition under the Lanham Act (15 U.S.C. § 1051 et seq.) and applicable state law.

Section 4: Prohibited Conduct

The following acts are expressly prohibited without the prior written authorization of MajiMedia LLC. Violation of any prohibition set forth in this Section constitutes infringement and will subject the violator to civil liability, criminal prosecution, and platform termination:

4.1 Content Piracy & Unauthorized Distribution

  • Downloading, copying, recording, capturing, or extracting any MajiMedia Content through any means, including screen recording, stream ripping, packet interception, or browser caching exploitation.
  • Redistributing, rebroadcasting, retransmitting, re-streaming, uploading, or otherwise making MajiMedia Content available to the public through any channel, platform, or network not authorized by MajiMedia LLC.
  • Selling, licensing, sublicensing, renting, lending, or otherwise commercializing MajiMedia Content without authorization.
  • Creating, operating, or participating in any service or platform whose primary or significant purpose is the unauthorized distribution of MajiMedia Content.
  • Reverse engineering any source code and any modifications done to the MajiMedia site which includes: Chat box functions, Badge system, payment processor functions, artwork, etc.

4.2 Circumvention of Technological Protections

  • Bypassing, disabling, removing, or otherwise circumventing any digital rights management (DRM) system, encryption, access control, or other technological protection measure applied by MajiMedia LLC to its content or Platform.
  • Manufacturing, importing, offering, providing, or trafficking in any technology, device, component, or service primarily designed to circumvent MajiMedia LLC's technological protection measures, in violation of the DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 1201.
  • Removing, altering, or falsifying any copyright management information (CMI) embedded in or attached to MajiMedia Content, in violation of 17 U.S.C. § 1202.

4.3 Unauthorized Access & Platform Abuse

  • Accessing MajiMedia's Platform, APIs, backend systems, content delivery networks, or infrastructure using unauthorized credentials, exploits, vulnerabilities, or circumvention tools.
  • Scraping, crawling, harvesting, or extracting content, data, or user information from MajiMedia's Platform through automated means without written authorization.
  • Sharing, selling, or distributing account credentials to provide unauthorized third parties with access to MajiMedia's subscription-gated content.
  • Engaging in credential stuffing, brute-force attacks, or any other unauthorized attempt to gain access to MajiMedia accounts or systems.

4.4 Trademark & Brand Infringement

  • Using any MajiMedia trademark, service mark, trade name, or logo without authorization in any commercial context.
  • Registering domain names, social media handles, or usernames that incorporate MajiMedia trademarks or are confusingly similar to MajiMedia brands.
  • Creating counterfeit or imitation MajiMedia products, services, platforms, or materials.
  • Engaging in any conduct likely to cause confusion, mistake, or deception as to the source, sponsorship, or affiliation with MajiMedia LLC.

Section 5: Detection, Monitoring & Enforcement Technology

5.1 Digital Fingerprinting

MajiMedia LLC employs advanced digital audio and video fingerprinting technology to monitor the internet, peer-to-peer networks, social media platforms, file-sharing services, and streaming platforms for unauthorized copies of MajiMedia Content. Fingerprinting operates continuously and automatically, enabling real-time detection of infringing content across millions of online sources.

5.2 Watermarking

MajiMedia LLC embeds invisible forensic watermarks in its live streams, video-on-demand content, and downloadable files. These watermarks survive re-encoding, compression, cropping, and format conversion. Forensic watermarks enable MajiMedia LLC to identify the source of leaked or pirated content with a high degree of accuracy, including the specific authorized user account or distribution channel from which the leak originated.

5.3 Automated Takedown Systems

MajiMedia LLC operates automated takedown systems integrated with major content platforms including, but not limited to, YouTube (Content ID), Meta (Rights Manager), Twitch, TikTok, and general web-hosting services. These systems identify and remove infringing content in real time or near real time and may generate DMCA takedown notices automatically.

5.4 Third-Party Anti-Piracy Partners

MajiMedia LLC may engage specialized third-party anti-piracy firms, content protection services, and law enforcement liaisons to assist in the detection, documentation, and prosecution of piracy and copyright infringement. These partners are authorized to act on behalf of MajiMedia LLC in all enforcement activities.

5.5 Network & Platform Monitoring

MajiMedia LLC monitors its own Platform for anomalous access patterns, credential sharing, simultaneous session abuse, unauthorized API usage, and other signals of policy violation or infringement. Data gathered through such monitoring may be used as evidence in enforcement actions.

Section 6: Enforcement Actions & Legal Remedies

6.1 Civil Remedies

MajiMedia LLC will pursue all available civil remedies against infringers, including without limitation:

  • Injunctive relief, including temporary restraining orders and preliminary and permanent injunctions, to immediately stop infringing activity.
  • Actual damages and disgorgement of all profits attributable to the infringement.
  • Statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work infringed willfully under 17 U.S.C. § 504(c)(2).
  • Attorneys' fees and costs pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 505.
  • Seizure and impoundment of infringing articles pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 503.
  • Destruction or other reasonable disposition of infringing articles.

6.2 Criminal Referrals

MajiMedia LLC will refer cases of willful copyright infringement for criminal investigation and prosecution to:

  • The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Cyber Division.
  • The U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section (CCIPS).
  • The U.S. Attorney's Office for the applicable district.
  • Interpol and international law enforcement agencies for cross-border infringement.

Under 17 U.S.C. § 506 and 18 U.S.C. § 2319, willful copyright infringement for commercial advantage or financial gain may result in imprisonment of up to ten (10) years and substantial monetary fines.

6.3 DMCA Takedown Procedures

MajiMedia LLC actively issues DMCA takedown notices to hosting providers, ISPs, CDNs, and online platforms that host infringing content. Repeat infringers will be reported to their respective service providers for account termination pursuant to the repeat-infringer policies required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).

6.4 Platform Enforcement

Any Authorized User found to be engaging in piracy, infringement, circumvention, or any other violation of this Policy will be subject to:

  • Immediate suspension or permanent termination of their MajiMedia Platform account(s).
  • IP address, MAC address, and device-level bans applied across the MajiMedia Platform.
  • Forfeiture of any paid subscription fees without refund.
  • Referral of account information to law enforcement authorities.

Section 7: Piracy Penalty Schedule

The following table summarizes the range of penalties MajiMedia LLC may seek for specific categories of infringement. Actual penalties will depend on the scope, willfulness, and commercial impact of the infringement.

Section 8: DMCA Designated Agent & Reporting Procedures

8.1 Designated Copyright Agent

Pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2), MajiMedia LLC has designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement:

8.2 Required Elements of a DMCA Takedown Notice

To be effective, a DMCA takedown notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with information reasonably sufficient to permit MajiMedia LLC to locate the material.
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to permit MajiMedia LLC to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

8.3 Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you submitted to MajiMedia's Platform was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Counter-notifications must be submitted in writing to the DMCA Agent identified above and must include all elements required by statute. MajiMedia LLC will process valid counter-notifications in accordance with applicable law.

8.4 Reporting Piracy

MajiMedia LLC encourages all Platform users, content creators, rights holders, and members of the public to report suspected instances of piracy or copyright infringement to:

Reports should include as much detail as possible, including URLs, screenshots, usernames, dates, and any other information that may assist MajiMedia LLC in investigating and addressing the reported infringement. Reports made in good faith will be kept confidential to the extent permitted by law.

Section 9: Repeat Infringer Policy

MajiMedia LLC maintains a strict repeat infringer policy as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(i). Any Authorized User or content creator on the Platform who receives two (2) or more valid DMCA takedown notices, or who is found to have engaged in two (2) or more acts of copyright infringement in any rolling twelve (12) month period, will be subject to:

  • Permanent termination of all MajiMedia Platform accounts held by the individual or entity.
  • Permanent IP address, MAC address, and device-level bans across all MajiMedia services.
  • Forfeiture of all subscription fees, revenue shares, and other financial entitlements without right of reimbursement.
  • Referral of identity and infringement records to applicable law enforcement agencies.
  • Civil litigation for all damages attributable to the repeated infringement.

MajiMedia LLC maintains records of all DMCA notices received and issued for a minimum of three (3) years and will provide such records to law enforcement upon valid legal process.

Section 10: Authorized Licensing & Permitted Use

10.1 Licensing Inquiries

MajiMedia LLC welcomes legitimate licensing inquiries from broadcasters, distributors, content aggregators, educational institutions, and other parties seeking authorized access to MajiMedia Content. All licensing arrangements must be negotiated and agreed upon in writing with an authorized representative of MajiMedia LLC prior to any use.

10.2 Permitted Fair Use

MajiMedia LLC acknowledges the doctrine of fair use as established under 17 U.S.C. § 107. Brief, transformative uses of MajiMedia Content for purposes of criticism, commentary, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research may qualify as fair use. However, MajiMedia LLC does not waive any rights by acknowledging this doctrine, and the Company will evaluate any claimed fair use on a case-by-case basis using the four-factor balancing test prescribed by statute.

10.3 Content Creator Agreements

Content creators who publish original works through MajiMedia's Platform grant MajiMedia LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, stream, distribute, and promote such works through the Platform pursuant to the Platform's Terms of Service. This license does not transfer ownership of the creator's original work to MajiMedia LLC. Content creators retain all underlying copyright in their original creations, subject to any exclusivity provisions agreed to in a separate content distribution agreement.

Section 11: International Scope & Applicable Law

11.1 Global Enforcement

MajiMedia LLC asserts and enforces its intellectual property rights globally. The Company's content is protected in all countries that are signatories to the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Copyright Treaty, the Agreement on Trade-Related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS Agreement), and all other applicable international intellectual property treaties and conventions.

11.2 Governing Law

This Policy and all enforcement actions arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the State in which MajiMedia LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. MajiMedia LLC hereby reserves the right to bring enforcement actions in any jurisdiction in which infringement occurs or in which assets of an infringer may be found.

11.3 Cooperation with International Authorities

MajiMedia LLC actively cooperates with international law enforcement agencies, Interpol, and foreign intellectual property offices in the investigation and prosecution of cross-border piracy and copyright infringement. The Company provides records, evidence, and technical assistance to authorized law enforcement authorities upon receipt of valid legal process.

Section 12: Indemnification

Any person or entity that infringes upon MajiMedia LLC's intellectual property rights, whether intentionally or negligently, agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MajiMedia LLC, its members, officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to such infringement, including but not limited to:

  • Claims asserted by MajiMedia LLC against the infringer in any civil enforcement action.
  • Third-party claims arising from the infringer's unauthorized distribution or use of MajiMedia Content.
  • Regulatory fines, penalties, or sanctions imposed on MajiMedia LLC as a result of the infringer's conduct.
  • Costs associated with MajiMedia LLC's investigation, monitoring, and enforcement activities directed at the infringer.

Section 13: Policy Amendments & Effective Date

MajiMedia LLC reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace this Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of this Policy will be posted on the MajiMedia website at https://www.majimedia.com/anti-piracy-policy and will bear the effective date of the most recent revision. Continued use of MajiMedia's Platform following any amendment to this Policy constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

This Policy is effective as of June 15th, 2026, and supersedes all prior anti-piracy, copyright protection, and intellectual property policies, statements, or guidelines issued by MajiMedia LLC.
