Account

You must be 16 years or older to create an account. Anyone under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Maji Media as a company takes a neutral stance on most opinions, views, and political ideologies.
• Access to the site is partially a paid membership only platform. The intents and purposes is for security measures as well as to help with the funding of the business. (The free membership has been added).
• Maji Media for legal reasons will not under any circumstance use any member’s information (IP addresses, Paypal information, bank accounts, names, addresses etc.) for personal gain, doxxing, or any other form of harassment. The exception would only be if a member is breaking the law and law enforcement issues a court order, cease and desist etc.
• Maji Media is not held liable or responsible for the content creators/members actions under The Communications and Decency Act of 1996 (Section 230) or under the Limited Liability Company.
  • MajiMedia is also not responsible or held liable if an account is created if he/she falsifies their identity to become verified via age, race, or gender. Action will be taken if a user breaks that policy.
• All members are responsible to abide by their local, state and federal laws in whatever country they reside in.
• It is company policy to promote all content creators to help with building their audiences via social media, or other means of advertisement.
• MajiMedia does not endorse any specific political party, active club, or any other group activities.
• MajiMedia will never comply with requiring users to show their I.D. in order to gain access to the platform nor will the company use any A.I. algorithm program to censor members.
• It is company policy to highlight in yellow every time an edit, or an addition to any section of the terms of service to avoid legal scrutiny as well as to eliminate any confusion every time an update is posted. The intents and purposes also to maintain transparency to all members with accounts.

Content Creators / Comments / Chats Rules & Regulations

• Keep it civil in the chats. No incitement to violence, or any other forms of degeneration or lawlessness.
• A.I. filters that completely change a person’s appearance such as gender change is strictly prohibited from being used. MajiMedia is taking a stance against all A.I. programs that is used for propaganda, alters, and manipulates society for evil intent (OnlyFans being one example). A.I. generated videos for the purposes for entertainment such as music, videos for content must have a disclaimer posted in the description.
• MajiMedia strictly prohibits streams and other content being posted that is identical content. (Multiple re-streams of the same streamer/content such as Infowars etc)
• Fake content posting is prohibited such as fake movie/game trailers, etc.
• Bot accounts are strictly prohibited on MajiMedia’s site. Not complying will result in a termination of the user’s account and an IP ban.
• Maji Media will not influence, control, or assist with the content creators content at any time. The content creators have control over what they are producing. (Unless it is deemed “harmful or misleading”)
• Maji Media as a company does not control where the content creators stream or post their content outside MajiMedia itself. The company’s only requirement is the members and content creators help promote watchmaji.com and the company.
• It is a requirement to be active on Maji’s site (Streaming, VOD posting, or active in stream chats) to have access to the TeleGram chat’s. Inactivity could lead to being removed from the chat’s.
• All streamers are required to VIP/MOD every username who is part of the security team in order to assist with monitoring the chats, dm’s etc. If a user name is being problematic, the security team will not interfere unless the streamer or multiple complaints are being made by other members. (To be announced: Soon the rebuilt code will no longer require Content Creators/Live Streamers to assign MOD/VIP status during live chats as the rebuilt live stream chat box codes are currently being rewritten to automatically assign Platform MOD status)
• If a user name or content creator is causing problems, it is a requirement to take screenshots of the chats and the dm’s and send them to one or more members of the security team who have Platform MOD status order to review.
• If a streamer is having problems accessing their account or other issues, the streamer has to give consent to either the owner(s) or the Platform MODS to access their account from the back end to try and troubleshoot/fix any issues.
• Any negative opinions regarding the streaming platform that could lead to defaming the company as well as deterring potential new accounts from being made while live on the air, Video post, in a Video on Demand, or outside MajiMedia via any other social media site is going to lead to a suspension or a termination of the account. If there is an issue with the live streaming, posting content etc, send a dm to the Maji Security Team and the issue to the best of anyone’s abilities will be corrected.

Policy Violations

• Depending on the seriousness of the violations made either by the member or the content creators, their account will either result in a suspension or an account termination. (The MajiMedia team will review).
• If a member or a content creator leaves before yearly membership is up, or is terminated under extreme circumstances, Maji Media is not obligated to refund any site currency or donations to them.

Maintenance and Upgrades

• To ensure a smooth experience for the content creators depending on the traffic, the servers will be rebooted every Sunday morning at 12:00am est. The MajiMedia team will inform everyone either by E-mail, the telegram chats, or social media. It will be recommended to not post content or stream from 12:00am-12:30am est.
• Whenever an upgrade is about to be done to the site(s), just like routine maintenance, the MajiMedia Security Team will inform everyone via E-mail, the Telegram chats, or other forms of social media. (New implementations are coming soon)

Employment

• It is a requirement for a 1099 employee/free-lance doing work for MajiMedia (Software development, Cyber Security, Server Maintenance, Business Discussions, and other company endeavors) to sign a Non-Disclosure agreement and possibly a Non-Compete Clause to ensure no company secrets are being leaked to it’s competitors as well as preventing any conflicts of interest. Failure to do so will not grant employment, partnerships, server access, or access to company documentation.
• Penalties for leaking information to MajiMedia’s competitors will result in termination of employment, loss of access to the servers and the day to day operations, possible lawsuit with a Cease and Desist Order, and or criminal charges pressed.
